These Partner Program Terms (the Terms) govern participation in the NotchNook Pro referral program (the Program), run by lo.cafe Ltda., CNPJ 35.124.367/0001-00, Brazil (lo.cafe, we, us or our), and the use of the partner portal at affiliates.getnotchnook.com (the Portal).
By accepting these Terms on your first sign-in to the Portal, or by sharing your code, you agree to them. The NotchNook Terms of Use still apply to anything these Terms don't cover.
1. Invitation-only participation
Participation in the Program is by invitation from lo.cafe. Sending an application does not guarantee a place: we review every application and decide, at our discretion, whom to invite.
To take part you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts, provide truthful information and keep a single account. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your code and your link
Each partner gets a personal code and a link with the code already applied. Both are personal and non-transferable and produce the same attribution.
Under the current offer, anyone who uses your code buys NotchNook Pro lifetime for $14, $1 off the $15 price. You may not promise prices, discounts or conditions other than those shown at checkout.
3. Commission
The commission is 30% of the amount actually paid for a purchase made with your code: $4.20 for a full $14 sale.
Only sales whose payment is confirmed in Stripe with your code applied count. Clicks, checkout attempts and visits to the success page are not sales.
No commission is earned on:
- purchases made by you or for you;
- purchases that are refunded, canceled or disputed (chargeback), which reverse the commission in full or in proportion;
- purchases obtained by means these Terms prohibit.
The Portal statement shows each sale, the original commission and any refund or dispute adjustments. Our payment records are the reference for the calculation.
4. Payouts
Released commissions are paid out every 15 days, once your payout method is set up. The minimum amount, the method and the date of the first payout are shown in the Portal before the first payment.
You are responsible for taxes on what you receive and for keeping your payout details correct. We may hold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms.
5. Responsible promotion
When promoting NotchNook Pro, you must:
- make clear that it is a paid partnership (for example #ad or #sponsored), as required by applicable advertising rules such as the FTC's;
- make only truthful claims about the app and use the information published at getnotchnook.com;
- follow the rules of each platform you publish on.
You may not:
- send spam or unsolicited messages;
- buy search ads using the NotchNook brand or similar terms without our written permission;
- post the code on coupon or deal sites without our permission;
- present yourself as lo.cafe or as an official NotchNook channel;
- generate artificial purchases, use other people's payment methods without authorization or manipulate attribution.
6. Brand
While you take part in the Program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the NotchNook name and logo only to promote the app, without altering them. NotchNook and lo.cafe are trademarks of lo.cafe Ltda.
7. Suspension and termination
You can leave the Program at any time by e-mailing support@getnotchnook.com. We may suspend or end your participation if you breach these Terms or if the Program changes or ends.
On termination, your code stops earning commissions. Commissions on legitimate sales confirmed up to that date are paid in the following payouts, except in cases of fraud. Your code's history is kept for record-keeping.
8. Liability
The Program and the Portal are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, lo.cafe's total liability related to the Program is limited to the commissions owed to you in the three months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Personal data
We handle your data under the Program Privacy Policy. You only receive opaque sale references and never receive buyers' personal data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms, including the commission and the offer. We will give reasonable notice by e-mail and in the Portal, and changes apply to sales made after the new effective date. The version you accepted is recorded.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of lo.cafe Ltda.'s registered domicile.
